Writing college admissions essays for US, Canadian, and UK universities can be incredibly challenging. I know, because I have done it! A successful application to elite universities is best framed as a campaign and, as in any campaign, you must prove you are the best candidate deserving of a finite spot. What will you add to the Yale, Oxford, Harvard, UofT, Cambridge, etc. community? It is not enough to want to go to Harvard because it is Harvard. You have to convince the department that you genuinely want to go--not for the brand but for what you will do with the degree after graduation. This course will clarify your academic, professional, and career goals so that you can prove why you are an exceptional candidate for the school of your dreams. My experience in admissions is robust and demonstrated by my academic track record. I will attend Harvard Law School in Fall 2026; I am a current Oxford Masters student; and I graduated from Georgetown University in 2023.
