Hi! I'm Sophia, a first year student at the University of Cambridge studying French and Spanish, and I recently finished my A Levels in maths, geography, French, and Spanish. I love learning languages because it allows me to connect with so many more people, see the world from new perspectives, and it opens the door to many new cultures. I've been tutoring GCSE students for 2 years in a range of subjects, including maths, English, sciences and languages. My teaching style is personalised, and focused on practice; my approach is adapted to each student, and I use clear explanations and exam questions to clarify complex concepts and teach exam technique. I love tutoring because it makes me so happy to see my students grow in confidence, and make progress in their studies!
