Hello! My name is Asirini, but you can call me Srini! I am a dedicated tutor in my final year studying Law at the University of Oxford, consistently ranking at the top of my cohort. My academic path has provided me with a deep understanding of various subjects and allowed me to refine my tutoring skills across English, Mathematics, and A-Level Humanities, including Philosophy, Politics, Sociology, Criminology, and Religion. I also specialise in preparing students for the LNAT and teaching foundational legal subjects like Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Contract Law, and Tort Law. What I value most about tutoring is fostering confidence and sparking curiosity in my students. I believe education goes beyond knowledge—it’s about inspiring a love for learning and empowering students to reach their full potential.
My teaching approach involves creating personalised study plans tailored to each student’s goals. I balance structured lessons with a student-led style, encouraging exploration of their interests. Sessions begin with clear objectives but remain flexible to dive deeper into areas that spark curiosity, much like Oxford’s tutorial method. This fosters a collaborative learning environment where students engage actively, enhancing understanding and making learning enjoyable.
One of my proudest achievements was scoring highest in my year at Magdalen College, Oxford, in first-year law exams (2022/23) and being an International Semi-finalist at the Jessup International Moot Court Competition (2023/24).
With three years of tutoring experience, I have supported students across GCSE/National 5 and A-Level/Advanced Higher subjects and assisted with Oxbridge applications, leading to offers for law at Oxford. I am committed to making learning engaging, building confidence, and guiding students to success.
