For 1-1 Tutoring and Group Sessions, both Students and Tutors can reschedule a lesson by providing at least 24 hours' notice. If this is done, the lesson credit will remain in the Student’s account for future use. However, if a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the session, or if a Student fails to attend without notice, the credit will be deducted from the Student’s account.
For Sophos Express bookings, once a Tutor accepts the session, they are fully committed to attending. If a Tutor fails to attend within 10 minutes without valid reason, it is considered a "no-show," which may result in penalties. Students are also responsible for attending the booked session; failure to do so will result in the credit being deducted without a refund.
